Returns, Refunds and Warranty
Items that we despatch are always checked to be of satisfactory quality before we send them. If for any reason you would like to return an item, we reserve the right to charge a 15% administration fee on any non-faulty items returned. If you need to return an item, we request that you email us in advance so that we can allocate a returns number for the item. We also request that you state any problem you may have with the item. The responsibility for the return of goods lies with the buyer (the customer). Any damages, losses or costs incurred due to return of goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Once returned; items will be checked for the defects stated. If no defect is found the re-stocking fee will apply. All items that we supply come with a 28 day returns policy subject to the product being returned in the same condition it was purchased. Refunds are given at the managers discretion.
Please note that all Mix & Match Poms count as personalised items and are therefore exempt from our refund policy. |
